Made a wait in office oil change appointment for 30 minutes. The guy was talking to unhappy customer when I walked in. They didn't fill her washer fluid. Then tried to tell me Lunch is at noon and there are 3 cars ahead of my appointment. Umm guy. It's 10:30. What in the lazy employee is this? Asked me how long can I leave my vehicle. Why? I booked a 30 minute appointment. Umm why would I make a wait in office appointment so you can be unorganized and rude. Go somewhere else. I did!

Im appalled on how the person we talked to at the reception office answered are questions. Very sarcastic, snorky and belittling like we should of know the answer to our questions. Very disappointing we thought the short visit would of been pleasant and happy to get our answers to our questions but all we got was rudness and how expensive it was witch we did not ask. I would not recommend.
