I called in to make an appointment and was put on hold for some time, just for them to get back on the phone and suddenly the call was ended… I figured they were busy and waited a little bit then I called once more for them to hurry and try to schedule me in and get off the phone. I had a few questions regarding what a safety inspection consists of and what is needed prior to my appointment? The man didn’t answer directly and said a tech could answer all of my questions before my appointment. The call at that point was then over. I also received a confirmation/ reminder text and on the text it does state that if you have any questions you can reply and they would answer, guess what I got no response when I responded to the confirmation text. The day of my appointment I show up and had to leave my car with them, and couldn’t really get some one’s time to get my questions answered, at this point I figured maybe I have nothing to worry about. Well when I picked my car up. My so called safety inspection was $378 and some change. They told me I failed because my LED blinkers blink too fast, my passenger side windshield wiper fluid was not coming out when they turned on the pump, also because my tire pressure monitor light on the dash was on, and a check engine like was, and my seatbelt chime doesn’t work. If I would have gotten my direct questions answered to begin with then I wouldn’t have bother bringing my car to them.
